سياسة الخصوصية

يلتزم تطبيق مستشاري العمالي AI بحماية خصوصيتك. توضح هذه السياسة ما نجمعه من بيانات، وكيف نستخدمها، وكيف نحميها.

باستخدامك للتطبيق، فإنك توافق على الممارسات الموضحة في هذه السياسة.

بيانات تُدخلها أنت (تُحفظ محلياً فقط على جهازك):

• تاريخ بداية العمل والراتب الدقيق
• نوع العقد وسبب إنهاء الخدمة
• البيانات المُدخلة في حاسبات GOSI والإجازة والعمل الإضافي

بيانات مجهولة الهوية لأغراض ميزة "إحصاءات السوق":

• معرّف جهاز مشفّر (Device Hash) لا يمكن ربطه باسمك أو بريدك الإلكتروني أو حساب Apple الخاص بك
• نطاق عام لراتبك (مثال: 10-15 ألف ريال) بدلاً من الرقم الدقيق
• نطاق عام لسنوات خدمتك (مثال: 2-5 سنوات) بدلاً من تاريخ البدء الفعلي
• إصدار التطبيق المستخدم

تُستخدم هذه البيانات المجمّعة والمجهولة الهوية فقط لعرض إحصاءات عامة عن سوق العمل لجميع مستخدمي التطبيق (مثل توزيع الرواتب حسب الفئة)، ولا يمكن استخدامها لتحديد هويتك الشخصية.

بيانات المحادثة مع الذكاء الاصطناعي:

• تُرسل أسئلتك إلى خادمنا الآمن أولاً، الذي يقوم تلقائياً بحذف أي أرقام هوية أو أرقام هواتف أو أسماء واردة في نص السؤال
• بعد ذلك تُرسل إلى Anthropic (مزود Claude AI) لمعالجتها والحصول على إجابة
• نحتفظ بنسخة من نص السؤال (بعد حذف البيانات الحساسة منه) وتصنيف عام لموضوعه (مثل: مكافأة نهاية الخدمة، الإجازات، العمل الإضافي) وذلك لتحسين جودة الإجابات ولأغراض إحصائية مجمّعة فقط
• لا يتم ربط أي سؤال بهويتك الشخصية أو حساب Apple الخاص بك
• تخضع معالجة الأسئلة أيضاً لسياسة خصوصية Anthropic

• لا نجمع اسمك الحقيقي أو بريدك الإلكتروني أو رقم هويتك الوطنية
• لا نربط أي بيانات بحساب Apple الخاص بك
• لا نتتبع موقعك الجغرافي
• لا نشارك بياناتك مع أطراف ثالثة لأغراض تجارية أو إعلانية
• لا نعرض إعلانات مستهدفة
• لا نبيع بياناتك لأي جهة

تُخزَّن البيانات المجهولة الهوية الموضحة أعلاه (معرّف الجهاز، نطاق الراتب، نطاق سنوات الخدمة، ونصوص الأسئلة بعد تنقيتها) على خوادم Supabase، وهي منصة خدمات خلفية آمنة نستخدمها لتشغيل ميزات التطبيق مثل المحادثة الذكية وإحصاءات السوق.

لا يمكن لأي شخص الوصول إلى هذه البيانات وربطها باسمك الحقيقي أو بريدك الإلكتروني، لأنها غير مرتبطة أساساً بأي من هذه المعلومات.

تتم معالجة جميع المشتريات داخل التطبيق عبر Apple App Store. لا نحصل على بيانات بطاقتك الائتمانية أو معلوماتك المالية ولا نخزنها.

تخضع بيانات الاشتراك لسياسة خصوصية Apple.

يستخدم التطبيق إشعارات محلية (لا تمر عبر الإنترنت) لتنبيهك قبل المعالم المهنية المهمة. هذه الإشعارات تُجدَّل على جهازك مباشرةً ولا تُرسل عبر خوادم خارجية.

يستخدم التطبيق الخدمات التالية:

• Anthropic Claude API — لتشغيل مستشار الذكاء الاصطناعي
• Supabase — لتخزين البيانات المجهولة الهوية ومعالجة طلبات المحادثة الذكية بأمان
• Apple App Store — لمعالجة المشتريات داخل التطبيق
• Apple Push Notifications — للإشعارات المحلية

كل جهة من هذه الجهات لديها سياسة خصوصية مستقلة.

التطبيق مخصص للمستخدمين من عمر 17 سنة فأكثر. لا نجمع عن قصد أي بيانات من الأطفال دون سن 13 عاماً.

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر. سيتم إخطارك بأي تغييرات جوهرية عبر التطبيق. استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد التحديث يعني موافقتك على السياسة الجديدة.

مستشاري العمالي AI is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

By using the app, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Data you enter (stored locally on your device only):

• Employment start date and exact salary
• Contract type and end of service reason
• Data entered in GOSI, leave, and overtime calculators

Anonymized data for the "Market Insights" feature:

• An encrypted device identifier (Device Hash) that cannot be linked to your name, email, or Apple ID
• A general salary band (e.g. 10-15k SAR) instead of your exact salary
• A general experience band (e.g. 2-5 years) instead of your actual start date
• The app version you're using

This aggregated, anonymized data is used only to display general labor-market statistics to all app users (e.g. salary distribution by band), and cannot be used to identify you personally.

AI conversation data:

• Your questions are first sent to our secure server, which automatically removes any ID numbers, phone numbers, or names mentioned in the question text
• They are then sent to Anthropic (Claude AI provider) for processing and to generate a response
• We keep a copy of the question text (with sensitive information removed) along with a general topic classification (e.g. end of service award, leave, overtime), used only to improve answer quality and for aggregated statistics
• No question is ever linked to your personal identity or Apple ID
• Question processing is also subject to Anthropic's privacy policy

• We do not collect your real name, email, or national ID number
• We do not link any data to your Apple ID
• We do not track your location
• We do not share your data with third parties for commercial or advertising purposes
• We do not show targeted advertisements
• We do not sell your data to anyone

The anonymized data described above (device identifier, salary band, experience band, and sanitized question text) is stored on Supabase servers, a secure backend platform we use to power app features such as the AI chat and Market Insights.

This data cannot be linked back to your real name or email, since it was never associated with that information in the first place.

All in-app purchases are processed through Apple App Store. We do not receive or store your credit card or financial information.

Subscription data is subject to Apple's privacy policy.

The app uses local notifications (not transmitted over the internet) to alert you before important career milestones. These notifications are scheduled directly on your device and are not sent through external servers.

The app uses the following services:

• Anthropic Claude API — to power the AI advisor
• Supabase — to securely store anonymized data and process AI chat requests
• Apple App Store — to process in-app purchases
• Apple Push Notifications — for local notifications

Each of these parties has its own independent privacy policy.

The app is intended for users aged 17 and older. We do not knowingly collect any data from children under the age of 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. You will be notified of any material changes through the app. Continuing to use the app after an update constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
